September 2023, California Governor Gavin Newsom signed into law Senate Bill (SB) No. 235, adding new rules for initial disclosures of information in discovery. The changes apply to civil actions filed on or after January 1, 2024, and remain in effect until January 1, 2027. This program will go over the changes and what attorneys need to know.
